Sunset Service
Tables from six; the best hour of the day, taken slowly and never hurried on.

Gold Kettle
Open-air tables, cocktails poured until late, and the whole city burning quietly beneath you.
The Gold Kettle
Three floors up, the air changes. The Gold Kettle opens as the sun goes down and holds the room until late; open to the sky, warm underfoot, lit in brass.
Cocktails are built here rather than poured, and the skyline does the rest.
What the Roof Is
Tables from six; the best hour of the day, taken slowly and never hurried on.
A short list built on smoke, citrus and bitters, poured through to close.
Three floors of open air, and the city laid out on every side of you.
From the Bar
Six that we pour every night; the rest changes with what the bar has been keeping.
Aged rum, burnt honey, orange oil, aromatic bitters.
Gin, dry vermouth, kola nut, cracked pepper.
Bourbon, hibiscus, lime, a long lemon peel.
Tequila, tamarind, grapefruit, a whisper of chilli.
Palm wine, vodka, lime, bruised mint.
Barrel rested gin, campari, sweet vermouth.
Hours & Access
The dining room is serving well before us; we take the evening from there and hold it until the small hours. Closed Mondays.
Guests eighteen and over after nine in the evening.
Gold Kettle
Sunset tables go first, and the late ones go slowest; either way, the city is waiting.
